This tracker is comprised of over 0 unique cases of workplace surveillance occurring in the United States after 2010 collected from searching over 1,000 journalistic sources.
Each case was coded for relevant metadata listed in our table. Our incident tracker includes four linked tables: 1) Incidents, 2) Worker submitted cases, 3) Companies (doing the surveilling), and 4) Vendors (providing technology to companies).
