Submit a Case

Submitting a case of your personal experience with workplace surveillance has the potential to help other workers facing surveillance.

Learn more about our team, values, and goals.

Why would I submit a case?

By submitting a case, you are helping to contribute to our growing documentation of workplace surveillance, helping to make surveillance practices more transparent. Workers (you!) deserve to know if, when, and how they are being surveilled. Your story may help another worker facing a similar situation as you, or simply serve as a space for you to express your concerns, frustrations, or feelings.

What happens when I submit a case?

When you submit a case, it goes into a private and secure table only accessed and managed by our team. If you choose to provide an email, we will try to respond to your case within two weeks of its submission. Otherwise, if you do not choose to include an email, but do want the case to go into our tracker, we will anonymize the case and add it to the tracker within one month of its submission. Cases will only be added to the tracker with your explicit consent as indicated on the form.
